Epiphone Les Paul Custom, made in China 2010, black. This is a sturdy guitar. The 1968 Gibson 'Black Beauty' Les Paul Custom is among the most iconic and visually striking guitars ever. This model references that original, but delivers the goods for a much more friendly budget. The black and gold is set of nicely by the block inlays, split diamond headstock motif and seven ply binding; it looks lush. The neck is a comfy slim rounded shape, and the bridge and tuners are good quality so it plays smoothly and holds tune without fuss. The tone is dark, thick and juicy, with a syrupy growl on the neck pickup and a creamy kick on the bridge. This is a stage-ready LP with heaps to offer, and it sure is nice to get change from one large.

The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, rub wear and minor dimples on the back only. The back has scuffs on the horns, elbow area and back edge. The sides have minor dimples around the whole body and some scuffs near the jack. The front has dimples around the knobs, back edge and tailpiece, scuffs in the elbow area and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/52 Moonshiners strings.
Fret Life: 8/10, minor wear only
